29cc billet head problem

Hi is this normal to feel air cuming from the engine... It's where the air fillter and carb is

I wouldn't say it's abnormal as the engine shroud is there to spread the cooling air generated by the flywheel.

Yeah coz the engine ant reving high and low on its own... It's I notice it and it bugged me hopefully its nothing ill drive it till it blows up lol
