It came with a HSP fail safe I tried to set up, but, It just didnt want to, long story short.

So, I figured between that and my DSX3 w/built in fail safe I was all good.

Well, on second run today, after installing new switch, i left a small spot where water may have gotten in, but I didnt think anything of it.

It was drissly all day here in Texas, and ten or so minutes into the run it stuck onto about a quarter throttle, went over a curb and into a tree.

Luckily It didnt go far and I was close and got it put out before any damage. nothing sever looked wrong.

Only 25 minutes total on a fulll charge on the rx pack, so that wasnt it.

I did notice something worth moting.... the stearing servo was stuck all the way right, in other words the servo arm was stuck forward and down a bit, even tho it didnt hit anything. It was the same way last time it quit when I had the electrical problems.

clues?

nontheless, with little kids watching, i will be getting a proper kill switch ASAFP!

thanks

Iv got nice after market hitech servos in it. I think I just need to adjust the travel some. That might fix the servo part. What do ya ll think caused the run away. Water getting to the switch or something? I still don't see how. Maybe that was it. I tested it right after I got the wheels straight again. And turned it off and back on. Shuely the servo getting locked up didn't cause the interfearance right?

My fail safe that came with the truck interfered with the throttle servo. You could see it jitter.I took it off and set the dx3 in fail safe and no more interference.I will be ordering a nice killer bee switch soon
