2wd or 4wd onroad which is best??

There are no onroad tracks around here so we will be racing on parking lots. Which type of onroad car( 2wd- 4wd )would be better for this type of application?? And explain why.
 
4WD will give you quicker acceleration over 2wd grabs better. If your into spinning side ways and donuts 2wd is better. You ca drift the rear easier in 2wd from my experience
