3 speed transmission?

Hi, I was searching for 2 speed transmissions for the baja's and came across this.

Has anyone tried one of these out and if so, how did it work?

Damned courageous of someone to get one up and running!!

Imagine the weight, inertia and momentum of the thing!!

Interesting to see if someone's got one, and any videos of it shifting through all 3 gears!!

Thats got to be crazy. Would be a straight line racers dream I bet though.

A guy I race with has one. Its cool but it does not hit 3rd gear to often. Just not enough room. His car is fast as it is I don't think the 3 speed trany adds that much to it. I might get one for one of my baja's, for around 200 bucks why not.
