No video this time. My batteries didn't take a charge and the camera wouldn't stay on. Here's the results anyways:

I ended up putting the 33/27 gears in and the results were outstanding! I pulled the DS 26 out and put the stock 28.5cc back in. I expected it to bog on the lowend but it still took off with authority. The topend was awesome too. I think all the TT guys should consider this gearing. With a big bore the acceleration was still good as was the topend. I think I prefer running a big bore with 33/27 or 31/29 gearing more than I like running a faster 26cc with 29/31 or 30/30 gearing. I have my ONB 28.5 sitting in my other Baja and I might go ahead and run that thing with 33/27. I'm guessing it's going to be as fast as the Baja with the RR speed gear set.

Thats the combo I'm running on my TT with a zen270. I have also ran the 31/29( reversed stock TT setup). Those bow-ties look bad a$$. I'm running mini mx, AT's, and nightmares depending on "track" conditions

are u runnig 33 A 27 B

Kryptonite was running 31/29 on a and it ran awesome. I think his TT in his video is running a stock 23cc. If not he is running a stock 28.5. In either case is was really fast with that 31/29 gearing.

If you tighten your center gearset too tight, it will be hard to roll. It has to be tight enought to keep the shaft from moving in and out, but just oose enough to not bind the bearings.

should the buggy be real hard to roll forward with the 33 on the a and 27 on the b?.....thanks
are all the gears plastic/ the stock c & d plakky gears are a tight mesh and take a tank or so to wear in, also as pup says make sure everything else is rotating freely, my MT will freewheel on it's own down just a slight hill, the ramtech gears help a bunch as they mesh perfectly with no bind

What gears should I run on the a and b gears for more top end but still with some good low end????

I have a stock 23cc with side dominator pipe...

thanks

John
