I wanted some new tread for my XBE so I saw people liked the bowtie tire and ordered a set. They look too big. ?did I order the wrong tire?

You should have ordered the front Bowties,what you have there are the rears.I have fronts on my XB.

Zapped is right, those are the rears. They will be fine, just a little more rotational mass is all.

I ordered them with the rims complete, with the drive hex. Sounds like I should have ordered the front tires and some other rim.... what one?

Proline Desperado fronts,they look like the rears but thinner.You can get fronts with rims complete.I got mine from DDM

Yup, lemme know how all rears work for the XB-E. I need all the traction I can get and the stockers weren't doing so great under acceleration on the track.
