Hey ,new to forum, having even filled out personal info yet but live in spring hill fl.anyway, about to get a new roller next Monday to make a brushless speed street car/maybe ocassional light track car but mostly speed run.gonna upgrade to metal diff housings and center diff upgrade by hot racing and rpm suspension arms and aluminum knuckles/c hubs and the whole upgrade drive line and what not.was thinking ,would I be better off/cheaper buying a chassis/body and upgrade parts and just building my roller?tried to figure out price with basic knowledge of parts and seems like it would only be like 1200 or so to build upgraded roller even with spending 400$ on those upgraded aluminum diff housings.that's 200 more then just stock roller in which I will be swapping out a majority of parts in which will not have a resale value close to what I have paid for em.can somebody out there who enjoys math and knowledge of all parts needed come up with a figure using prices from eBay and online dealers as needed.gonna want rpm suspension arms/bumpers but pretty much aluminum for knuckles/diff housing/shock towers/upgrade links/axle cups/integy piggyback shocks/premount street tires. OR WOULD IT BE A GOOD IDEA TO BUY ROLLER SO I HAVE ANIDEA HOW IT SHOULD BE ASSEMBLES NEVER OWNING ONE AND HAVE ALL THE PARTS AS SPARE IF EVER NEEDED AND JUST UPGRADE THE MANDATORY DRIVE SHAFTS/CUP THAT IS NEEDED FOR A 8S/10S BRUSHLESS SETUP THAT IS GONNA BE UNDER W.O.T. ALOT.WISH I HAD ONE OR SOMEONE AROUND ME HAD ONE SO I COULD JUST BUY UPGRADES AND BUILD IT FROM SCRATCH.IT WOULD BE HARD FOR ME TO FIGURE THW PRICE NOT KNOWING EVERY LITTLE PART I WOULD NEED.WELL ANY HELP IN THE AREA WOULD HELP.ITS MY FIRST 1/5.SO NWW TO THIS.THANKS ALOT
