i just searched high and low. could have sworn that i saw a kit.. here are the parts and part numbers that you'll need to do the "complete" conversion
HPI PARTS:
-bumper/skid plate#85421
-bumper guard set#85423
-body stiffener#85447
-stone guard#85247
-spoiler#85249
-body mounts#85417
-side body mount#85419
-roof guard#85441
-clear shell#7561
-plus tires/rims/beadlocks/foams
PRO-LINE CONVERSION:
-only comes with body and body mounts. no tires ect.. body looks short and fugly top me.

i think the tickets are 15.00 and are available unitl the cost of the parts are sold for the total amount (400ish bux worth of parts, 25 tickets being sold at 15.00 each)
basically the number of tickets offered at the cost per ticket equals the cost of the parts. so someone will get a conversion kit for a 15.00 raffle ticket.

Pro-Line offers the Desert Rat with body post to convert 5b to the 5t only 89.00 plus 27.00 shipping. It is on ebay. I just ordered mine will be here soon I hope.
