Hey guys got my losi 5t last week started first time ran it for 1 hour when to start it yesterday and nothing crazy the only thing a did is fill fuel tank up can you overfill the tank

No, you can't overfill the tank.
What is your starting proceedure? It should be, choke, ~3 pulls until it pops, no choke, and it should start within 5 pulls.
If it doesn't start or becomes harder to pull, it's flooded and/or the plug is fouled. (The plug will be black and wet)
Clean the plug with solvent and compressed air, or replace. Hold the throttle wide open and crank the engine without the spark plug. Let it sit for a few minutes. Then put the plug back in and try again. You might need to adjust the LSN. If it pops with the choke, but then floods, you actually need to go richer on the LSN, if it immediately floods with the choke, you need to lean the LSN. (In my experience)

Hey mate thanks yes the plug was wet and black I’ll try that after work I’ve only ran it for a hour I can’t wait to get it ripping 🍻👊

oh man. this is why i don't like gas anymore. there are like 10 systems you should check. make sure you read the whole 5t manual, and get the manual for the motor and read that too (you can also use the hpi 23cc manual). i would try a new ngk plug, then playing with the carb settings, occasionally they need adjustment, and right after breaking in is a likely time. just make sure you don't run it too lean, you can damage the motor. if you have a new ngk plug and played with the settings for an hour with no luck then some things you can check are nice consistent bright blue spark? gas and oil not really old and mixed 25:1? gas tank cap vent working? air filter not clogged? no air leaks? no leaks in the fuel lines? kill switch ok? failsafe ok? all fasteners tight? try new non chinese carb? i would seriously try the carb first though, make sure to try everything with the choke on and off.
