Does anyone know if there is a non FS style 62mm clutch or a padded clutch that will fit a Taylor 50GT? Looking for a lower rpm engagement clutch. Something that hits at around 8-8.5k rpm
The lowest spring rating for the Taylor FS clutch is 9,250 rpm Thanks!

Taylor put a 7000ish set in my raminator 50. But l think ddm carries some lower rpm spring sets. Jeff at Eastside rc has some great utube videos on the subject. Just watched him install a 5500ish set in his raminator but no follow up videos or info. I think a phone call to ddm or email could be best way to go.

Thanks Mick! I'll check out the vids.
This is the Taylor 62mm clutch that I'm referencing. Obviously a dual spring. The green springs are 9,250k rpm.

I didn't see anything on DDM regarding 62mm clutches or springs looking earlier.

Was just looking at ddm website . I'm not 100% sure but l think the springs are basically the same in most clutch setups except for adjustable ones. If you Google low rpm 62 mm clutch spring a go cart company also pops up with super low sets. Again a phone call and a bit of research should get you what you need. It seems that if you can build a relationship with our vendors they will absolutely go out of their way for us.....even for a 10 dollar part.
