645 and kill switch

Okay XB with 645 throttle servo. Problem is when transmitter is turned off throttle goes full forward no brake before kill switch shuts down. Any way to correct this and have the brake applied when transmitter is off. RCDad kill switch in channel 3 spot throttle and steering on 1&2. Tried Redcat failsafe also but won't change the throttle action when transmitter signal is lost reset fail safe twice no luck. Thanks Dave

Ditch the plug-in fail safe.

There is also a fail safe in the receiver to set or turn off. Check YouTube you'll find a couple vids on the Flysky GT3b fail safe. It uses the same receiver as the Redcat model.
