Here is my shredders 3 rd run at the Chicago track. I let the guy`s at the track drive my shredder so they could get the feel of it. The guy in the red shirt(65 years old) let me drive his mcd with a big zenoh motor,and that was a thrill for me.
The track is on irving pk rd ,just west of cumberland(1st ave) just a little west of the model air plane field on the same side of the street.The name of the grove is chi-chi-quan -pen or something like that. Were running in the parking lot now cuz the track is mud. You cant see the track from the parking lot,you have to walk down the trail a bit til you see a hill.Walk up the hill and thats where we drive the platforfms from.Here is a clip of the guy`s in the parking lot. The cars in the background are on irving pk road.
I've been there a few times with my traxxas revo 3.3 now I have a rampage mt v3. Just put a CPI exhaust on it and replaced the transmitter and receiver. I might go out there tomorrow and try to run a tank off. Maybe we will run into each other out there it's the only track I know of in the area for these size r/c's. Great vid!
