Guys, not sure if this subject already been post in the past but I thought I would share my experience with everyone here if you havn't already heard. I've mentioned a similar experience in another post but I wanted to start a new thread on this subject matter.
In a recent post labeled "Radio Interference Filter" under "electronics", folks was talking about the possibility of radio interference causing their servos to glitch. Well, I had a similar issue which I performed a few of the suggested remedies to cure my problem. For me, this did not help so someone suggested I send a request for a warranty claim to RedCat. So I did just that this morning....well long and behold by this afternoon an email was sent back to me saying a "brand new servo" is on it's way as a replacement! No questions asked and BS of any kind just good old excellent customer service, something you don't find too often these days.
Sorry for this long post on such a short subject but I thought everyone should know that RedCat's customer service has earned my respect for life and I'll always consider purchasing from them before elsewhere.
