If it is in great condition, and IF you are truly interested, it's definitely worth considering. That said, remember that "looks can be deceiving". For example, if you were local to me (Las Vegas), I'd offer to trade my highly-upgraded X-MAXX for your Baja 5b, I'd tell you it's in excellent condition (which it is), and I'd even send you photos to 'prove' it's in excellent condition...but, without personally inspecting it, you'd have no way of truly knowing whether my "excellent condition" claim was an honest one.
My point is, IF you are truly interested in such a trade, you should arrange to meet the person, allowing him to personally inspect your Baja 5b, while simultaneously allowing you to personally inspect the Primal truck he's offering for trade. Only then will both of you be able to determine whether, or not, the trade is truly worth it...and, by "worth it, I'm not necessarily referring to actual value. One vehicle could easily be have a higher dollar value...but, if the person currently owning that vehicle REALLY wants the other vehicle, then such a trade could be considered "worth it" (again, IF that other vehicle is in the condition of is claimed to be in).
Whatever you decide, best of luck to you. Just " think hard" about the trade, as you don't want "buyers remorse" (or, in this case, "traders remorse") two months down the line. I learned that one the hard way a few months after selling my ProMarine Skater X2 a couple years ago.
