Just got my MT out after moving into a new place and having it put away for the winter. I emptied the gas, put in some fresh, and took it for a rip. Seemed pretty good, but it was hesitating a little bit on the low end when I'd hit the throttle, after it was warmed up of course. Top end power/response was good, idle was good, what adjustments should I try first? It just seems to bog a little on the low end. I think the oil/gas mixture is ok, filters are clean, seems like it just needs a little tuning.

If all is working perfectly, with no vapour locks, then the bog is either too rich on the low (you'll hear that with spitting, etc) or way too lean.
Do what everyone else does;
Check your plug / lead.
Reset carburettor to 'factory' settings, about 1.5 each +/-
Tune it up.

Any more probs, then keep probing!! Keep us informed.
Al.
