I hope that technology filters down into manufacturing that is accessible to layman such as myself.

I can't think of anything I would use it for ,but I thankful someone is developing such.

Now if they come up with a personal quad copter... That might be something to get excited about...

Some of it is already in the RC quads for the hobbiest. They use GPS for stabilization and auto return and land if signal is lost.
