advice for decent inners

hi all. as I am still very new to Baja 5b and learning all the way, I need serious help here. I bought a set of pink rovan inners and what a lot sh.....
I placed them in the bin. close to 4mm less diameter and cause a very loose fit of the tire, useless so I bin it.
so my question is, who and where do i buy decent inners? this will be for tarmac racing.
black is hpi, grey and yellow is hostile and green is madmax

They are for Losi 5T. The Baja 5b rears are quite a bit wider.
