advice please

I got this over the winter a mess but started rebuild if any one can identify it that will help.Plus what would you fit engine wise electric ic or 2 stroke.plus would you have surface mounted propeller or submerged and rough guide to size plus rudder and help very welcome when I got it there was no canopy so made this on size is 47inchs long 20inchs wide wood with gel coat.The engine in picture is ic 61 merco or would you go 26cc marine water cooled 2stroke?

I'd almost say put a 29cc gas engine. Go over to Jims RC Boat dock. There are gas outboard set ups. I run Cats with 30cc gas engines. But go check out jims rc boat dock. Tons of help there.
