Afgrc 78kg servo repair

I bought two 78kg agfrc servos and they are both broken. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience sending them into the factory. I also have a couple hiltronics servos that are also broken that i would like to get repaired if possble if anyone has any advice i would appreciate it greatly

I just sent one in a few days ago, awaiting their response. I’ll update this once i talk to them and see how it goes.

So i sent my servo in, shipped 3 day. This was a used servo i got in a buy, that didn’t work.

I emailed them twice about two weeks after the three day ship time and they simply said-

The motor and board are fried so it’s junk.

Not exactly thrilled with the service, just being that i had to contact them a few times to get a simple answer. . Idk. My whole dealings with the seller i had originally for my 5t left me a bit sour and this was the icing on the cake.
