Aftershock 8E question

Just purchased a aftershock 8e this last friday I have ran it three seperate times now twice on flat ground and once on a track. I love the truck ecspecially for the money but this afternoon after chargin the batteries I went to run it and turned the truck on it did its normal beeping procedure it has done before but now when I go to drive I get nothing. No steering and no driving the fan kicks on and thats about it what could be some possible suspects I am really curious to know. It also came with the 2.4ghz radio.

I'd run through the radio/receiver bind procedure as per the user manual
