Yeah that's the one I use. Makes it so much easier.

I installed my Shred Stack and HPI filter today. Can someone tell me if the outer foam portion of the filter should be oiled? The inner foam came pre-oiled, but the outer foam came dry. The instructions do not specify if the outer foam should be oiled. I will add, I am using an Outerwear pre-filter over the whole filter assembly.

Good questions. I never have and so far so good. But wonder what they recommend also.

No oil on the outer. Outerwears is a good choice.

I also installed the angled shred stack, the 15411 filter, and the outerwears prefilter but now it is really hard to start cold. It used to fire up with 3 slow pulls then 2 fast pulls with no choke. Does installing these parts change it that much? Im bent spending $80 something just to make it hard to start, and the plastic housing on the filter spins around and hits the throttle linkage.
