i have been running my new engine with a dominator and noticed that the air filter smells like gas and is alittle wet when i am done. my needle setting have to be on the lean side on the lsn 1 turn out and on the hsn like 1 3/4 out but the hsn dose not make that much of a differnce when i turn it. would it be the carb or pipe that make the filter smell or what is going on? please help

sounds like it maybe the hsn open a tad much and its spitting fuel back through the carb hows it running as its set now,my bugs needles are @1 lsn and @1 1/4 hsn.
reset your needles back to stock/factory clean out and reoil the filter sort your lsn first then play about with the hsn,,,think of them as a clock face and adjust them like 5 mins max at a time try it then and work from there,,check out trips engine tuning vid on here that may help you out,,sorry i couldnt be more help more but what works for me may not work for you but don't give up and when you hit the sweet spot leave it be
