This was bought as a repo from Wells Fargo. $35 thousand cash. 2 br -780 sq ft upstairs-same agan downstairs. Rebuilt the porch- 12" centers, not a single nail was used-predrill- soap the higrade wood screws. This porch is the sunny western side. On hot summer days, bout sunset I mist the trees-and the porch vine with H2O. A natural swamp cooler. It does have a oversized 98% Lenniox gas heat-A-c unit that will freeze me. Shame the damm electric is 11cents per kw hour. Yea, back yard is rough, between the dog and these 4wd cars- It aint gonna be a golf course. Bought a nice little box wood stove, 50 bucks-+ 25 to have the shop blast-repaint it. This will be in the basement soon- Tired of being cold and still haveing sky high electric bills- natural gas is affordable- 50 bucks max in winter- its getting hosed for the electric that chops my hide. Oh- 625 sq ft of healthy deep lawn supplies all the oxygen a person needs for 1 day- between the lawn and 55 emerald green aborvite trees- it feels so good in the evenings when misted with water! oxygenated. I would send a photo of Alfred- but it would scare your pets and little kids----LOL!!! just kidding- A is meek and harmless.

Looks like a peaceful yard with nice trees and lawn a sweet place to relax. I didn't see no rc jump made in the middle of that yard though. Lol.

Great price. If I remember from a previous post of yours it's paid for? You are ahead of 99.9 percent of the working population.

That's just awesome!
