Alloy differential self-locking

Has anyone used this Diff on a FG marder and is it good

I use the oddified version of this diff on my monster beetle.
The chassis needs a slot cutting in it to get it to fit but I find it works well.

The below diff is a 6 plate Viscous set up.

I have a "12" plate diff with less than 2 hours of use that I'm keen to sell.
The reason for the sale is I am running a 4WD now and they don't fit.

It comes with bearings and ball drive out drives like in the above link, it has 12 plates installed so you can run thinner oil and get a smoother diff action.

a bit late i know but theres no need to cut the chassis, you can use diff raisers, one thing i find with FG chassis is the rear is weak & tends to bend quite easy so you wanna try to avoid cutting it as it will make it weaker

ive had the fg 4 plate diff in the bug for a few years its a great diff it now lives in my on road one of my greatest ebay bargains £26 posted
