hi guys :)

I managed to get an alloy horn (in the end) for my Multiplex Power Speed Servo, its one made by Multiplex with part number 85260

see my thread here: https://www.largescaleforums.com/showthread.php?t=6514

anyway when i got back from picking it up, i checked my email while browsing & had a reply from multiplex after sending them a mail about 4 or 5 days ago....heres what they said...

"Hello Darrell,

Thank you for choosing Multiplex products. Unfortunately, the servo that you have uses a unique servo spline that neither Hitec, Futaba, nor Sanwa will fit. Only Multiplex arms will fit. I have looked into this and there are no alloy arms that Multiplex makes that will fit.

Thank you,
"

Yet im stting here with one right infront of me with the multiplex packaging & part number printed on it that i had literally just bought from my model shop! ...seems like they don't have a clue!

So for anyone in the same situ as myself, if you have a power speed servo from mpex, you CAN get an alloy servo horn as mentioned above! :)

Nice update! I have found a few times its happened and just played dumb until they find it. You should send them an email back and ask if they could send you that part number to see if it would work with your servo.

Hiya's, i've recently bought a used FG MT for someone with a power speed servo in and i'm looking for an alloy horn, could you tell me please tizdaz where you managed to pick one up from?

I'm also after a jumbo speed alloy horn  which i haven't checked, (home at weekend) but might be different to a rhino spline?

Thanks

James
