So I have a HPI baja 5B SS Spektrum DX4C TX and a Hitec 5805 steering servo. The teeth on the servo gear are very course so with everything trimed to zero I can't get very close to center on my steering which forces me to use quite a bit of trim. But when I trim it pretty hard (right I believe) it seems as though it still has the same limit to the right but it doesn't turn as far because its starting from past actually neutral. that was probably a poor explanation. Basically -100 to 0 to +100 (no trim steering not straight)
-100 to +20(new zero) to +100 (with trim steering straight) but now I only have +80 instead of in + direction.... Does this make sense? Is this suppose to happen? What can I do to mitigate this if anything?
