Someone got a video on how to put oil and bleed these brakes ?

Or manual installation ?

Do you guys know where I put oil ? Big hole for oil and small one to bleed ?

Can't help with the first two questions but i would say yes

not the same brakes but i have some GTB ones and the easiest way wirh those is to reverse bleed em fella ,
syringe and a bit of fuel line attach to the nipple on the caliper and push fluid in from rthe bottom,
then top off at the large hole if needed,
usually takes a few goes to get all the air bubbles out,
just make sure theres no air bubbles left at the seals on the resevoir,
pump the piston slowly, let it sit and repeat till no more air bubbles come to the top of the big hole,

I bought a second hand car with AMS hydraulic brakes, do you know which oil i need to use ? Mineral or DOT ?

I used 100c primal shock fluid in my baja front brake kit, still good after a year!!!!

Mineral oil is what you want for the brakes I have , I use stuff for bicycle brakes .
I would not put auto brake fluid in ever.
