Hi,
I'm working on a project regarding a fifth or quarter scale car that will be made with a carbon fiber/ fiberglass monocoque powered with an electric brushless motor,
i would make a lightweight mainframe and use a mid size motor and less batteries possible to reduce costs and total weight, what you think about?
I hope I posted in the right section, thanks for suggest and opinions

Hi Wally,
Where are you?
In the UserCP section, you can insert your location.

Any reason for the BL selection?
Interesting and poweful, but most believe at this scale we prefer the noise, smoke and GENERAL ease of use, maintenance and lower running costs of the 2-stroke, most things considered.

Al.

yes, I can consider a fuel engine also, probably it's cheaper and require less
maintenance,
the brushless is powerful, lightweight and compact in size, with an electic car I could run in a closed sport palace in winter, well I believe that two is better than one.. :D
