Cold, wet, windy St Helens, U.K.
There I was, free hour around 14:00 before I have to pick up the older lad, when I'm normally having a little bash of the FG MT, outside the house.

Going great, then I lose the steering, as it's fortunately slowing, and manage to slide sideways before it hits a fence, and without grip rolling!!

Upper bolt in the steering servo saver has snapped in the post - DAMN!!
No point in fathing around, so I've found another and ordered it - should be here in a couple of days.
Also noticed I'd shed 3 of the 4 thicker O-rings as well!!
Spares again ordered.

Never mind, looks like I'll have to get the nitro going for a bit!!
Al.

those o-rings on the servo saver mate ive never run them should i be or is it a case of its working ok leave it alone,,both my fg's aint running the o-rings and i don't notice anything odd with the steering

They're an 'extra protection' to the saver spring.
I'm using twin Rhinos so there's serious torque, and I'm also heaving the wide footprint MCD chevron MT tyres - grip great!!
Without the O-rings, you'll end up bending the spring - I did!!

ive got the newer spring on the bug and the on road has the little hex things that change the tension when you spin them round god knows what there called they just go on the spring ends

All under control, no problem, but thanks.
The RKS - everything else has an acronym these days!! - works fine.
TBH - milking it here - I was probably a little over-confident, but it all felt OK, and it wasn't more than half speed.
Damn, she is flying for such a heavyweight now!!
Still looks a bit rich - maybe the bottle inaccuracy, maybe simply tuning - but as it's running so well, I'm leaving it that way.
May take a look at the plug and see how far out it is.

Viton O-rings Keith. I'll give it a look in. These are going quite quickly.
May have to consider the 'new improved' saver sometime I've decided I've money to burn again!!
Newborn, and 2x nanotech 65/130C 3S LiPos to sort out!
Less than £85 posted for the 2 5Ah 65/130C 3S LiPos!!
HobbyKing gives you the 'options' to permit delivery - nudge, nudge!!
