Antenna for Reciever

Hey Guys it's Doug (sorry, just had to do that)


My antenna didn't come with a tube, just the wire. I stick it through the hole in the body but it's kinda vulnerable to damage. Guess I need to put it trough a tube. What have you been doing with your antenna?

All of mine are in tubes. If they're short, I leave them be. With the longer ones, I just bend the tube with a little heat and tuck it under the body.

And yeah, exposed receiver wires are bad. Even when they're in tubes. I've had a few get ripped right out of the receiver during a wreck.

I would def buy a tube for it, should be really cheap at your lhs.

Silly me- I found the antenna tube in the packaging. Thanks for the advice.
