hi

any one using MCD Transmission Steel Gear Set (23 & 26 teeth) as the C&D?

wanna get them , just make sure if they perfect fit.

Thanks:rolleyes:

I run them on mine & they have a bit of clearance, but work great. I work at LargeScaleRC, but I'm not one of the brothers :D

i've been running them in my tt for a while. they are running nice very little wear after about 3 gallons. only problem is the loose mesh can rattle the set screw on the d shaft loose, and if your bearing cups on the gearplate are sloppy, it'll rattle them good too.

is it 23-26 or 24-26 that we can use? the stock is 25-25 and there is one tooth difference going 23-26.

the mcd set is 23/26, and the redcat rally comes with 24/26. as long as A+B= 60 and C+D= 50, you can run any combo of gears, even 31/19 on c/d.

so 23/26 (49) is not the correct one. that is what i thought.

there is a guy on ebay that makes mcd gears and he has 25s, 26s and 24s. i think i ll give it a go.

Thanks guys, appriciate for ur replys!

just got 25T from redcat. They not good as Mcd but i though they'll be OK for that price.

Hope Ramtech make more 25/25 Gears~ it's like they stop making them.
