anybody used 29 31 25 25 gearing

Hey guys. Just wordering if anybody has used 29 31 25 25 gearing on a mt and if so how u like it

i have. i love it. im running 30/30/25/25 now but i have the 29/31s too. you wont climb any super steep hills with them but your truck will do 35+ in the grass no problem. i don't even have any lag on take off. highly recomended

I took my stock 29,31 and swapped them 31,29 for more speed. I have a ported, built, 27.2 on buggy bow ties. It goes 43mph! Much larger MT tires would be good for like 60mph if you motor could handle it.


I had a MT that some one swapped the main gears on and all that stock motor could do was smoke the clutch!

Haha H.h. I Tryed That Once With The Stock Gears. It Had The Tires Balloning. After A Very Painful Take Off. I Should Gps My Truck Sometime To See How Fast It Really Is 35+ Was A Guestimate

interesting, i just bought a 2002 ls2000 this summer.my first jet boat,and i love it.
