anyone help with fitting g270rc engine into my fg marder

Not sure about your marder , I believe the newer engines have a slightly different casting. I had to remove some metal from the lower engine block in one particular spot to mount a 270 into my fg sportsline 4wd. this is quite common and from what I have seen is somewhat expected even on other cars and on newer cars is even in the instructions.

like i said, i'm just guessing as to what your problem is as your not being very descriptive and like i mentioned, i have no experience with you car. perhaps someone more qualified can answer this better,
