Yep...i've seen this....
It's a Rovansport with HK stickers..
Bargain at $429AU.....they do one with a stock muffler too for $399AU!

I can see HK getting pretty big here in oz which is going to piss off a lot of LHS owners.....unless they become a HK franchise...which apparently is on offer.

but i don't buy clones or parts which have been copied by other people

I will never buy a clone even if i can have 3 for the price of 1.....

I don't like it when they copy off hpi like this above ^ ^ and kingmotor etc
 
i couldn't believe it at first, i never new they sold 1/5 scales. everyone is copying the hpi baja now. you could say it's a compliment to hpi. when you have soo many companies copying you, you know you made a good product.
 
i did the clone thing once what a pos it was a km baja never again broke all the time now i got a real hpi 5t an a mcd rrv4 comp i will never do a clone again
 
mine is a hpi but my mt is a firehammer. i love the firehammer but i seem to wrench on it way more then i should i think. the baja on the other hand i very rarely have to wrench on it.
 
Y is everyone hate on clones? Im just wondering cause i have a redcat rampage mt and guy down the street has a baja 5t and he has more problems with it than any clone ive seen

thats not the point all rc's have ther pro's and con's about them just because hes having problems with his 5t doesn't make it sh!t, the reason why people hate clones, like myself, are because the likes of KM and many others out there cant design there own so they rob, copy, steel Hpi's hard work! and for that reason is why we hate clones!!
