Hey guys, as the topic say anyone tried that and whether it will handle well or not. And what parts will be needed for a smooth transition. Also anyone tried turnigy steering servos for these cars?

I guess no one tried... hmm. tempted to put in my 30.5 when i buy 23cc KM baja, to see how well these clones will sustain a big engine. Am actually in doubt whether its gona be worth it to get one to mod it the cheaper way. I gots the money for one but again i have lots of doubts. need some input guys :D

Or should i get me a used FG buggy?

im pretty confident in saying you will have no trouble. most places sell kits with everything you need, which is basically the crank, rod bearings, piston, ring and head.

im sure lots of people have done it and I know a few that have done it to the rovans and they handle it fine

sperera, I already have me the ESP championship ported or whatever 30.5 full engine from DDM, probably spent 12 tanks on it. this is what i want to put on the KM, already been tuned and runs fine and strong.

hey BTB where in MN u at? i just got back in June from Minneapolis heh, now in UAE.

Yea, well if you spend alot on the HPI one you don't want it to break. So i thought getting a KM and bash it to hell ----> if it breaks, parts r cheap :o i guess didnt try yet lol.

hahaha lets say too humid and hot in the afternoon, and u get cold cool breeze after 3 am in the morning till 7 am

For sure, gona get some spare parts just incase something goes wrong. Vrc pipe, hostile gears, phatdad bones, hardened diff and drive cups :o

your 23cc buggy should handle pretty good with a 30.5cc engine in it.:cup-1: it will have more torqe. what is suggest doing is checking to make sure that you have a aluminum differential inside the gear case. you should check the diff first before you start putting any mods on it though:w00t:
