Some of you may have heard the stories /Rumours , it started with Fg are out of cash ,then
Mr FG got caught ,with someone other than Mrs FG ,not R/C modelling and so it went on ,
FG is for sale , to settle things as Mrs FG wanted half and so on ,Various statements from
FG ,some offers , stock down ,stock back up in price .
I don't know what is true ,clearly something is wrong ,and it will be a shame if it goes ,as they
started the Large scale thing as we know it ,even though they lost the way in recent times

nowt worse than a woman scorned mate she'll be making shoes and handbags under the fg brand soon just to piss off mr fg lol

I also think fg has been struggling since the hpi Baja came along and changed the hobby now the losi 5's here to stay the fg range don't look as great don't get me wrong as i love both my fg's both great fun cars but well out dated now,,i do hope fg stays around it would me a massive loss to the hobby but then it may be time for a fresh pair of eyes at the helm of fg a new boss and a nice cash injection could be very interesting times ahead hopefully they up the game
 
fg must have employed people from porsche, their basic, and dated, offroad design has remained the same across the range since day one, every few years they give it tweaks here and there or come up with a different body and wheel package and call it a new car...they found an ingenious way to slap 4wd on it too....they have become masters of putting lipstick on pigs... it's time they came up with something completely new for the offroad cars
 
Time will tell, but I have to say that there r&d dept needs a new boss! ..look at the new leopard, the body shell is probably the ugliest, cheapest looking shell there is when it comes to largescales, wtf were they thinking! The other thing with fg is there cs os absolute crap. When I bought my fg about 8 years ago new, there was faults with it I contacted fg direct on many occasions, not 1 reply. I still have my fg now and love it, bit as a company fg are way behind the rest of the competition
