What the dbxl needs is an aluminum version of the stock turnbuckles. Those ball ends on this type of link are very weak. Not sure of the actual diameter of the stock links but let's say 10mm worth of material, is much stronger than the 5mm threaded section of this type of link. I bought the DGI links and went back to the stock ones. The DGI are the exact same rod ends as the ones seen here. I even found a supplier of those DGI ends and bought 10 left and 10 right hand threaded links. $26 for all of them shipped to my door in Canada. No matter anyway, I found stock plastic is much more durable.
