weve had most of our assad threads closed down due to us ripping him a bit to much but i think if he was honest and signed up as assad from go he might be tolerated i would give him a chance if he did and stopped his lies plus he keeps coming back anyhow so would it not be better if he came back and we knew its him than him pull the wool over our eyes again and again
 
Agree with both of you.
He's had his strange form of fun, for which we've had some degree of payback, but this Forum is open to all LargeScale enthusiasts, which he obviously is, who act in a fair and reasonable manner to fellow members.

i feel bad now :blush: with what i did 2day with his info and put it on a gay dating site.......
yes i no its harsh. But its up to the mods if they will allow him back
 
These are my issues with him.

Rules that he has broken.
A member is not to:

Create multiple accounts for any reason.
He has and this is not a new issue for him, the user names are old showing he was doing this before the 1st ban.

Misrepresent yourself as being staff from LargeScaleForums.com or anyone else who you are not.
He has done this and only given up after being caught.

Use profanity. This includes the use of symbols, abbreviations, or acronyms to circumvent the no profanity rule.
He has. Although others have, his have been targeted at other members.

He has also gone out of his way to make sure he is able to get around security and identification. Poorly, but actively. He has never gone through the correct channels to ask to return to the site.

I have issues with members that do these things. Why? Because at some point they will effect other members. Whether with our market forum and for sale items or wanted item sales.

I would ask you to ask yourself, if you would be honestly comfortable selling something to, or buying something from, that type of person that will go out of there way to deceive others - you?

I would love to hear from the members that have commented in the past on his dealings with him on Ebay. Are these sales really scams? Did you have proof? This is where this all started and HE was the one asked to be removed.

Can show me the photos posted by one of our members or mods, on the public forum? If not, then the only thing I can say is that someone was showing you personally, your own uploaded photos. As you said above, you posted, publicly, those photos on a website that hosts the photos.
I would say linking your own photos to you would not be illegal.

Like said. Please keep communications to PM's between the Mods and Admin until further investigation and decisions can be made. It is a positive that some have already said to give a second chance.

I guess I'm to new on this site to have a wote, but after doing some google searching and reading up on this guy on other sites, I would say NO to give him a second chance. 50 so user names, lying, scamming and so on, WHY in h@#¤ should you give him a new chance?

im willing to put everything you guys have done to be etc posting pictures letting everyone think im a scammer just if you give me this last chance please please please i cant beg enough on a forum i have no self dignity left :(

I assure you the MODS/ADMIN WONT be posting your bank statement on this forum.But as BTB said,if you make them public you have left yourself wide open.:rolleyes:

i started this thread because you wont stay away and keep coming back for more you must love it,,,the abuse youve had i take my hat off to you i would have given up and gone else where theres no way id take that much crap,, also i feel i owe you a big sorry as the idea of posting you pics up on the gay date was my idea but only meant as a joke not to find you somebody special lol,,,as for your ebay crap theres proof that youve been scamming but thats for ebay and not here and ive noticed youve not been doing this for ages now so maybe youve learnt something
 
You do realize no body will talk to you if you are allowed back...unless you come back under another alias....which is one of the reasons people dislike you !!!

Once people have been burned they tend to not go back for more burning...

Why the desperate need to get back on this forum??????

I have no problem with him coming back but on the proviso that he is not allowed to sell on here. Just posting in the threads is not harming anyone and at the end of the day he WILL keep coming back. I discussed with Ben & James after prob his 3rd ban that it would be best to know which name he is using or he could slip through the net and end up scamming 1 of us. The mods have already said they cant ban his IP addy because of the problems with our UK IP's so this has got to be the safest way for all concerned. I fully understand the anger towards him from some members but taking that away & putting the sensible hat on this has to be the right way forward.
 
I was banned from baja-forum for scamming about 1 year ago, and it was'nt scamming
everyone gave me poop just like assad and i keeped coming back but kept getting banned.

All i did wrong was i got all excited to get new parts for my 5t and spent all the postage that
people sent me throw paypal (I DID'NT NO, I DID'NT UNDERSTAND HOW ALL THIS WORKED!
IT WAS MY FIRST TIME SELLING AND SENDING OFF PARCELS TO THE POST OFFICE!!!)

Sooooo everyone went on the offencive side and asked for refunds
and that took along time getting the money back because i spent it!!
but all in all everyone got there refund and the mods said they will let me back
if i sort all the mess out that i made...... the mods still banned me!

So i got banned for scamming and like assad who takes the abuse quite well I did'nt, I got
angry and pissed off because everyone wanted to kick my head in and ive been banned
from most events and meet up's.

The mods on baja-forum banned me and banned me from HBF too..........

And how i joined here was that i met pete and paul in a park in liverpool (otterspool)
and they said come join lsf, so i did and this is kinda like my home, :lol:
i love this forum and you guy's are the best and ive made good mates out of it too. ;)
 
I changed my name to because i needed to, to protect myself from other members!
it was for my own safety.

When i sell parts etc on here and ebay i make all the boxes and weigh them, ready for
sending off, im ahead this time and trying not to make the same mistake like i did on the
baja forum, ive learned from my mistake and it will never happen again!!!

Give assad another chance to prove himself, ive made friends with him now and i hope you
do too, i said some horrible things about him and he's still forgive me!

ebays a knightmare full stop ive been done opver so many times theres so many crooks all out to rip people off for a quick easy buck

csr what can i say your not assads brother are you lol
