I don't think they sell them separately. They come with the bumper package.

Thanks for the info. Definitely not buying a bumper for plastic d-rings. If you run a winch like i normally did those get replaced at the same time. I have probably 40 or 50 plastic ones from Axial 1/10 scale projects. I was going to use them as a window net holder but oh well i will think of something else.
