Axis R/C brake pads - New opinions

I searched this and found a small conversation in 2018, but would like a fresh take on what some of you fellas think about the Axis R/C brake pad set-up. Is it worth it? I believe it would be because there is no more metal on metal contact and reduce the amount of rotors warping when I hand it over to someone who "rides the brakes". DDM has them for a Benjamin and a Half but after that its $20 per set of pads and don't need to remove the center diff anymore (would get the vertical center diff set up were the spur gear can come off without removing the entire the center diff as well).

the losi mini came stock with fiber pads in it im sure??

Well worth it in my opinion. I love mine on my losi and it was a heavy sob with the 90 in it. Had no issues locking all 4 up

You got the aluminium center diff brackets instead of the plastic ones?

Yes, was using the ADI setup. Liked it more than the modified rc one
