If the DR is the same as the MT, part # 50034 dogbones and part # 50032 axles will change it to regular dogbone axles, thats what I did on my MT cause I kept blowing up cvds

HI yes the trucks are the same with the cv axles, and have you blow any dogbones or outer hubs yet? Or is this a new thing that you have done with your DR?

I do alot of hill climbing and the load and unload shock is bad on the cv's in my TT. If i keep this up i'll be buying axles every 4 or 5 times i take the truck out lol.The cv boots might help with less dirt getting in and speed up process of blowing them up!

No I have not had any problems since I changed over! the one thing that will help is I am running carbon fiber rings on the drive cups! pm Krashkrieg that is who I got mine from

I have had the same issues your talking about with cvds so I switched all my rigs over to axles and bones and haven't had an issue since. Highly recommend

OK thx so there is no need to use other car parts?Just get the redcat bones and outer spindles and good to go??? And does the hpi boots fit the outer spindles the ones for the dogbones?

Yes all Redcat dogbones and cups. I can't say from experience yet if Hpi boots fit redcats as I am waiting from a package from ddm with them in for my tt. I have been told some use zip ties to hold on. Others say gasket maker and others say nothing and they slide off once in awhile. So from my standpoint I will be securing just unsure of how I want to do it yet. Once you go the dogbones you won't go back

I am getting they grey hostile boots so I will see with my driving style I better be securing them

It's all good thx. I am into boats more then gas trucks so i am rusty on what i know lol THX.
