i matched the transfer opening to the case too. also removed some corners / edges in the case and compensated the volume with some JB weld.. and formed a ramp to the transfers.
did gentle turbo cut on the crank too.
as i can remember, 65% of bore diameter is the limit to intake and exhaust ports. with some special ring material it can go up to 70% w/o port bridge
