Baja 26cc carb question

Just trying to get my baja 26cc buggy to idol. Even with the screw all the way in it only opens the butterfly ever so slightly. Is this normal?

I am not sure ,but I think that you close the butterfly all the way an richen the Low needle to set idle from factory
set to maintain the idle while butterfly is completely closed!
I tried that before an it worked for me!

Other people may have a different opinion or a better way!.. :cool:
