Baja 5B Flux gear plate/cover

Hi,

I just bought an HPI Baja 5B flux and finished assembling it. I'm wondering if anyone has found a better (ie. alloy/metal) gear plate and cover than the stock plastic pieces.

I just built a new Flux and I agree, those pieces in particular seem to be made of soft cheese, but I am going to run it as is and see what happens. I think those pieces don't matter a whole lot. If they keep big pieces of debris away from the spur, that's probably good enough.
