use a small bit of Red HIGH TEMP Gasket maker from Permatex. a small bit on the threads. tighten bolts well, and let set atleast 6 hrs for it to cure up.
you ll be able to remove the bolts without much of any issue when you need to. the Permatex helps releive the bolts from loosening up from the motor vibrations.

Take the bolts out and get the same size studs ,screw them in and the put the exhaust back on and then use nylok nuts on them...voila!! Job done and they wont come loose no more.

Make sure you are torquing them to spec too.

I've got stainless steel studs here with hex's in the ends,so they are dead easy to wind in.Ya want a couple?

Yeh i done this mod on my FG MT, you do need to thread lock the bolts in but its still easy to remove exhaust due to having nylon thread nuts on, then just replace nuts as and when. :detective:
