i recently broke in my baja 5t.and while driving it in my back yard the rear seems very low to the ground while driving(almost touching the ground).my rear dog bone keeps popping out(on the right side)tore the boot..is this because of the height?how do i raise the rear height?any help will be great..thanks everyone!!

only way to adjust ride hieght is to stiffen the rear shocks by turning the adjustment ring.

shock adjust

go down. check the assembly manual which came with it and it will give you a starting point. be sure to get both side equal. the stiffer the shock spring pre load, the less squat it will have and hopefully eliminate the shaft from coming out.

would it be a good idea also to get stiffer shocks in the rear,15w oil and the killer cables?would that help or too much?

First off I set my ride height so the control arms are level to the ground when I drop the rig from about 3 feet off the ground. Adjust your springs accoridingly, move the spring collar down to add more ride height, and move the spring collar the opposite way to bring the chassis down lower.

Now to keep from bottoming out the chassis from various jumps, different combos of shock oil and pistons are the key. On one of my rigs I have; front - 3 hole piston, 25 weight oil. Rear - 2 hole piston 25 weight oil. My other rigs have different combos as well. But over all the idea is to be able to drop the rig chest high and it will not bottom out.

Killer Kables, IMO are a great investment.

also i noticed that sometimes my rear right on the 5t is stuck upward.almost like the tire is being pressed up..when i pick up the rear end i can drop back down the suspension by hand..what causes this?

bent shock shaft. that explains your low ride height. your gonna need a new shock shaft. 16.00 bucks for two in a pack. that should get you back to square one.
