Hi there people I live in north yorkshire and I'm having some trouble with my baja, Is there anyone in the area that could possibly look at my engine, it just won't start. Some times will fire but as soon as any throttle is added it dies.
Cheers

if no one in the area post up a vid of the trouble. from the basic descrition it sounds like your carby on needles might be at fault.

first thing id recmend is a new plug, return needles to stock and they try again. good luck.

Have you had anything apart..i.e removed the carb...?
you could have a manifold gasket thats leaking drawing in air and screwing up your tuning..if not as above...

Hi all I have tried new plugs, new fuel, re-setting the carb setting. Just not having it. Thanks for your replies.

What are your settings, and how are you setting them?
Has it ever ran?
When was the last time you ran it and how did it run before you put it away?
Are you using the choke when starting?
You might just have it too rich. You can always start your L screw at 11/4 to start. Then you can adjust it richer from there = 13/8.
