what happens when you apply full throttle mate?
does it apply the brakes?
if so then you've accidentally reversed the servo operation on your radio gear,
check the above first to confirm the servos reversed,
then just look at your instructions for the radio and flick the servo reverse switch for the throttle/brake servo then reset your endpoints (y),
also check nothings interfering with the linkage and idle plate and that the linkage is smooth when operated

Reving out? Do you mean it cuts out or ramps up?
I assume all is working ok with the throttle and servos.
If RPM drops low or engine stalls with brakes applied, the throttle end stop needs to be adjusted. It is that large screw below the H/L needle screws. That allows for how much air gap is in the throttle plate when closed all the way. Too far open, it will idle faster, too far closed it will choke the engine when using brakes or may have issues running at idle.
If RPM surges with brakes applied, that would be something else. Is the carb loose or is the throttle shaft not in good shape?
