Guys, i want to buy a set of Lauterbacher shocks for my 4wd fg baja.

im looking at these ones.

http://www.lauterbacher.net/xtc/pro...ber-kit-for-1-6-Buggys-FG-Carson-Smatrec.html

I sent an email to these guys to confirm if their compatible with a 4wd baja and their response was "don't know we have no experience with 4WD models" WTF! How, Why?

Can anyone confirm if these will be compatible with my baja? My main concern is looking at the standard shocks the length fronts are slightly shorter than the rear, going on the pic above of the lauterbacher units the fronts look allot shorter than the rear!

Thanks

hey treb, didnt even know these existed, checking them out now.

do you have any expreince with them? do you think they are better than the lauterbacher ones?

also do you know if they do a rear pair?

i see your also on another thread with the same question:D

i have the FG tuning or fat boy shocks as they are known

4 on my marder and 8 on my FG monster truck......they are ok

but not as good as the elcon which i have on one of my MCD's

these are fitted with the KCR balloon springs they are good and

don't leak

elconshock.webp
