AWESOME DAY AT THE TRACK
Orange Show Speedway, Sunday January 22nd, great weather , fast cars, what more could you ask for.
1/5 Scale Baja's, 1/4 Scale Stock Cars, Trucks and Sprint Cars getting ready for the 2012 season.
We learned a lot about how the "HPI 5B" performs on a high banked concrete oval. A few more "tweaks" and this will be another great class to join QSAC (Quarter Scale Auto Club)
Every Baja racer there said they were ready to go racing so plans are being finalized for 1/5 scale to join 1/4 scale in the Western Region Series. Tenative plans are for 9 races. 3 at Orange show, 3 in Vegas, and 3 in Tuscon.
Ideas considered were for the 1/5 scale to have there own 3 race series at each track to accomodate those that do not want to travel. All ideas are welcome as no ideas are final yet.
Classes yet to be determined. Ideas are for a stock 5B and a mod class. Again ideas are welcome.
